LIS1 license
After you have received an offer for a LIS1 position, you need to apply for a LIS1 license. You apply through Altinn, and have to attach the following documents:
- diploma in original language accompanied by official translation if they are not in English
- confirmation of LIS1 position from the employer
- confirmation of the admission letter for the study program or attestation regarding the entry date issued by the university
All documents must be scanned colour copies of the original documents.
Attestation of completed LIS1

Along with your application you will have to submit the attestation of completed LIS1 issued by the institutions you have been practicing in. To do that you must fill out the form in complete (doc).
