This section describes focus areas aimed at ensuring consistency as regards regulatory understanding relating to the use of AI in the health and care sector.
The cross-agency guidance service is continuing (section 3.1) and government agencies will continue to increase and share expertise relating to new regulations, particularly the AI Act (section 3.2).
